Where is my order and how can I track it?

Tracking numbers are sent via email once the order has shipped.

What are your standard shipping windows and costs?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We allow a 24‑hour window to make changes to or cancel an order. After this period, the order begins processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, currently we only ship within the United States.

What is your return/exchange window?

Return Eligibility -Clothing items are eligible for return as long as they have not been worn and are in their original condition. Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Process- Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection.

Restocking Fee- If the item shows signs of wear or use, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of $10 per item.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange please email us with your contact and order information.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns and exchanges?

If you choose to return an item, the cost of shipping the product back to us is the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping fees are not refundable. We suggest using a trackable service to avoid any delivery issues.
