PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
